Shipping For Your Order Standard shipping for each memory mat is $3.99. Shipping is automatically calculated and added to your cart. If you are ordering for someone else and/or you want your memory mat shipped to a different address, you can specify this in PayPal when you check out by clicking on the Change link in the Shipping Address section. If you want memory mats shipped to more than one address, you will need to place one order for each address. Sales Tax Sales tax of 6% is added for Iowa residents upon checkout and is not included in your cart total. Return and Exchange Policies If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s). Please carefully follow the instructions below: 1) Make sure the merchandise is securely packed and insured. 2) You must ship the item(s) back to us within seven (7) days of receiving the item, otherwise it will be sent back to you. 3) We will refund shipping and handling charges only if your merchandise was damaged, defective or shipped to you in error. You may return or exchange any item within seven (7) days for a full refund minus shipping, insurance cost and any other charges. We do not refund the shipping/insurance charges incurred during the return process. It is your responsibility to make sure that the product is securely packaged and insured. If the delivered product box is damaged from the outside please do not accept the shipment from the carrier and have it returned back to us. If after receiving the product from the carrier, the product is damaged, broken or has some quality control problem please call, write or e-mail us before you process the return.
